Senescent cells accumulate in tissues over time as part of the natural aging process and the removal of senescent cells has shown promise for alleviating many different age-related diseases.
FOXO4-DRI is a cell penetrating peptide shown to selectively induce apoptosis of senescent cells thereby reversing effects of aging.

Dosage
General Dosage:
4 mg Subcutaneous to be taken once daily for 3 days per week, 4-6 weeks, may repeat 1-3 times a year..
 NOTE:
Dosing FOXO4 with MOTS-c peptides can improve FOXO4’s ability to patrol for and eliminate senescent cells.
FOXO4-DRI is reportedly most effective against senescent cells expressing high levels of SASP factors, including IL-6, IL-1β, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-alpha, which are increased in senescent cells when using MOTS-c.
Safety & Potential Side Effects
- FOXO4-DRI peptides are reported safe and efficacious in recommended dosages.
- As with all injections, redness and pain at the site of injection may be present.
